The Status Comparison of Laws and Morality in Marx's View

对于一个国家的治理来说,法治与德治从来都是相辅相成、互相促进的,二者缺一不可,不可偏废。马克思早在一个多世纪之前就注意到法德并治的重要性,并且充分体现于他的许多伟大理论著作与社会实践之中。由此,我们有必要从法治与德治在社会发展中的地位作用这一视角出发,对马克思的法治与德治思想进行比较与借鉴。

For a country＇s governance, the rule by law and by morality have always been complementary and mutually reinforcing, both are indispensable, but also can be neglected. Marx as early as more than a century ago, noted that the rule by law and the rule by morality are the importance of governance and were reflected in many of his theoretical writings and social practice. As a result, we need to compare these two ideas from the function of the rule by law and the rule by morality in social development.
