动物日粮纤维应用研究进展

摘要 日粮纤维不足或缺乏是导致发达国家“现代文明症”(肥胖症、高血脂、糖尿病、冠心病、结肠癌等)的主要原因之一。日粮纤维的研究、开发和利用受到各国营养研究者的高度关注。Trowell博士第一次认证了纤维食品的重要性.建议把日粮纤维列人继蛋白质、碳水化合物、脂肪、维生素、矿物元素和水之后的第七营养素。随后,
