侧柏叶炮制前后总黄酮的含量变化

Content Changes of the Total Flavonoids in Cacumen Platycladi pre and post Processing

目的建立侧柏叶总黄酮的含量测定方法,对侧柏叶、侧柏炭的总黄酮进行定量研究。方法采用紫外分光光度法对侧柏叶总黄酮含量测定方法进行研究。结果采用石油醚脱脂,乙醇加热回流提取侧柏叶中的总黄酮,NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH为显色系统的含量测定方法,线性范围0.205～3.28mg,r=0.9997,平均加样回收率为98.96%,RSD=0.85%(n=6),侧柏叶总黄酮含量为4.29%,侧柏炭总黄酮含量为3.15%。结论该含量测定方法操作简便,重现性好。侧柏叶炒炭后总黄酮含量降低。

Objective To establish a method for determination the total Flavonoids in Cacumen Platycladi pre and post processing. Methods The method for determining the content of total Flavonoids in Cacumen Platycladi is developed by UV-spectrophotometry, color appearance system of NaNO2-Al（NO3）3-NaOH is selected for determination. The total flavonoids was extracted by reflux extraction using ethanol after degrease the aterials. Results The linear range is at 0.205-3.28 mg. correlation coefficient is 0.999 7 and the average recovery is 98.96%. The parallel determination is done 6 times and the relative standard deviation is 0.85%. The content of the total flavonoids, in Cacumen Platycladi pre and post processing arranged is 4.26% and 3.15%, respectively. Conclusion The quantitative determination method is simple and repeatable. The total flavonoids content is lower after processing than that of before processing in Cacumen Platycladi.
