摘要 研究了桉木抽出物中多四类化合物在硫酸盐法制浆过程中的作用机理,结果表明:桉水硫酸盐法制浆的蒸煮历程可分为三个阶段。多酚类化合物对破的消耗突出表现在前期和中期,多酚类化合物对得率变化、木素脱除以及碳水化合物溶出的明显影响表现在后期高温保温阶段。桉木蒸煮前预处理除去多酚类化合物对降低减耗和对蒸煮后期脱术素有利。 Action mechanism of extractives in eutalyptus during pulping has been studied in this paper. The experimental results show that the process of cooking reaction during pulping from eucalyptus has three phases which are the preliminary, middle and last periods. The main iafluence of polyphenol compounds on the consumption of alkali is presented in the preliminary and middle period .The obvious ones on the delignification, the change of yie1d and carbohydrate are mainly presented at high temperature in the last period. It is beneficial to remove po1yphenol compounds by the pretreatment with alkali or black for decreasing consumption of, alkali and delignification in last period.
