摘要
通过在分析纯MgO、Al2O3、SiO2原料中添加纳米SiO2,采用直接烧结法在1400℃合成Mg-Al-Si-O系陶瓷材料。系统研究了纳米SiO2含量对Mg-Al-Si-O系陶瓷材料力学和介电性能的影响。实验结果表明:纳米SiO2含量为10~20%时可以有效降低材料的介电常数;含量为30%时可以获得最大体积密度和弯曲强度。
Analytical reagent MgO, Al2O3 and SiO2 were used to prepare Mg-Al-Si-O ceramics by the method of direct sintering at 1400℃ and the nano-SiO2 was added to the raw materials. The effects of nano-SiO2 contents on the mechanical and dielectric properties of the ceramics were described. The results show that nano-SiO2 addition at the content of 10wt%~20wt% can effectively reduce the dielectric constant, and the samples show the highest density and bending strength with 30wt% nano-SiO2.
