摘要
陶瓷窑炉是一投资大,能耗大的关键设备,其性能的优劣不仅决定能耗大小,也直接影响到企业赢利水平。为探求国内日用陶瓷现阶段能耗的真实状况,通过调研和热平衡测试等方式,深入探讨窑炉及耐火材料与产品能耗关系,为陶瓷窑炉的节能提供第一手资料。
Ceramic Kiln is primary equipment with big investment and big energy consumption. The performance of the kiln not only decides the energy consumption, but also directly affects the corporate profitability. By investigations and thermal balance tests on the spot, the relationship between the kiln refractory materials and the energy consumption of the products was explored and the firsthand information for the energy saving of ceramic kilns was provided.
