摘要
以桂华占为对照,对抗褐飞虱生物型Ⅱ的水稻品种国粳4号、佛山油占、90-572、桂引901进行田间抗性评价。结果表明,佛山油占、90-572对褐飞虱具有很强的控制作用,其田间抗虫明显。加强对这两个品种的褐飞虱抗虫机制和抗虫遗传规律的研究,可为制定抗虫育种的实施方案提供科学依据。
The present study was conducted to evaluate field resistance in rice varieties,viz.,Guojing No.4,Foshanyouzhan,90-572,Guiyin 901 against brown planthopper(BPH) biotypeⅡ,using Guihuazhan variety as the control.The experiment was carried out in three replicates in a randomized block design.The varieties Foshanyouzhan and 90-572 showed less incidences of BPH,which indicate that these two varieties had significance resistance to BPH under field conditions.Further research work is required to explore the mechanism of insect-resistantce in these varieties and breeding programs must be tailored to utilize these varieties for the development of insect resistant varieties.
