摘要
根据GenBank公布的奶牛FSHβ亚基的编码序列设计1对特异性引物,成功克隆出广西沼泽型水牛FSHβ亚基cDNA,并将其序列提交到GenBank,获得接受号为EF710660。以DNA Star生物分析软件对其同源性进行分析,结果表明,广西沼泽型水牛与已公布的印度水牛(Bubalus bubalis)的FSHβ亚基cDNA序列的同源性最高,达99%,与绵羊(Ovis aries)为96%、牛(Bovine)为95%、山羊(Capra hircus)为95%、梅花鹿(Cervus nippon)为95%。
According to the coding sequence of dairy FSH β subunit gene,obtained from GenBank,a pair of specific primers was designed and the cDNA of swamp buffalo FSH β gene was cloned successfully,and submitted to GenBank with the accession number EF710660.The homology analysis was performed using DNA Star software which showed that the FSH β cDNA of swamp buffalo had 99% homology to Bubalus bubalis,96% to Ovis aries,95% to Bovine,95% to Capra hircus and 95% to Cervus nippon.
