雏鸭免疫RA疫苗后免疫学动态变化的研究 被引量:3

摘要 为探讨RA疫苗对雏鸭细胞免疫、体液免疫机能的影响,以RA油乳剂灭活苗免疫7日龄健康雏鸭,采用SPA菌体花环法、细胞培养技术及MTT测定法、酸性α-醋酸萘酯(ANAE)染色法等检测方法对3、7、10、14、21日龄免疫雏鸭外周血T、B淋巴细胞的数量、增殖功能和胸腺、法氏囊、脾脏T、B淋巴细胞的动态变化进行检测。结果表明:免疫RA疫苗后的雏鸭,其外周血液和免疫器官的T、B淋巴细胞数量与增殖功能及免疫器官T淋巴细胞ANAE+率均比对照组和攻毒组高;而攻毒组比对照组明显降低。可见,以RA疫苗免疫雏鸭,对其免疫系统有较强的刺激作用,起到保护效果,而RA强毒对雏鸭的免疫系统有破坏或抑制作用。 To investigate the effects of Riemerella anatipestifer(RA) vaccine on the functions of cellular and humoral immunity in duckling,healthy 7-day ducklings were immunized by RA vaccine(5×107CFU/mL).The quantitative changes and proliferation function of T and B lymphocytes in peripheral blood,thymus and bursa of Fabricius spleen of ducklings were determined at 3,7,10,14 and 21 days.The results showed that after immunizing by RA vaccine,the quantities,proliferation function of T and B lymphocytes in peripheral blood and the ANAE+ rate of T lymphocytes in immunity organs of ducklings were higher than that of the control and toxic group,and that of toxic group was lower than that of the control.Our studies revealed the immuno-protective role of RA vaccine against the RA Toxin in duckling.
