数字化农业文献信息资源建设的实践与展望

Construction of digital agricultural literature information resources and its prospects

介绍了广西农业科学院农业科技信息研究所建设数字化农业文献资源的实践过程:深化制度改革和科学管理,走引进与开发相结合的技术路线;利用有限的经费和技术力量,应用网络化、数字化技术改造传统落后的信息管理服务模式;科学、合理地配置文献和数据库资源,开创地方农业文献信息服务向系统化、网络化、数字化发展的新局面。并提出构建广西数字化农业文献信息服务门户平台,以实现农业文献信息资源的共享。

This paper introduces the building of digital agricultural literature information resources in the Agricultural Science and Technology Information Research Institute,Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences,Nanning,Guangxi,China.To solve the troubles in getting all the required agricultural information,some effective measures were put forward,such as perfection in systematically organizing information and its management,importing and self-developing agricultural literature information resources,utilizing limited funds and technical force realistically,transforming traditional and laggard mode of information management system with highly effective and useful information technology,configuring literature and database resources scientifically and reasonably,etc.As a result,the local agricultural literature information service has been developed which is very systematic,well organized and digitally networked.In order to effectively share agricultural literature information resources in Guangxi,construction of information service platform for digital agricultural literature is proposed.
