摘要
分析了创建韩城大红袍花椒品牌的必要性、优越条件以及韩城大红袍花椒品牌建设中存在的主要问题。提出统一品牌思想认识,抓好品牌产业基础建设;推行花椒无公害生产技术,树立优质、安全的品牌形象;加强龙头企业和区域组织建设,提升产业组织化水平;完善花椒市场体系建设,增强服务功能;挖掘文化内涵,拓展花椒产业链;依靠科学技术,提高花椒生产的现代化水平等对策。
In the present study,the necessity,advantages and existing problems in building Dahongpao brand of Chinese prickly ash in Hancheng city,Shaanxi,China have been analyzed in detail.Understanding the importance of a united brand and its foundation of building brand has been put forward.Pollution-free production of Chinese prickly ash should be practised to ensure its brand image of quality and safety.In order to improve industrialization level of Chinese prickly ash in Hancheng city,building leading enterprises and regional coordination capability must be strengthened.Perfection in the market system could help to enhance its service functions.Cultural connotation should be excavated to expand the industry chain of Chinese prickly ash.Relying on science and technology,upgradation of the Chinese prickly ash production units must be practized to improve its market vitality and competitiveness.
