浅议价值管理在我国的应用及存在的问题

建筑业是国民经济的重要物质生产部门,它与整个国家经济的发展和人民生活的改善都有着密切的关系。将价值管理这一现代的管理方法引入建设项目,可以有效地解决建筑业发展过程中的问题,但目前在我国价值管理的应用还没有受到足够的重视,对应用价值管理的认识仍存在误区。文章结合我国应用价值管理的实际情况,总结出价值管理应用中存在的问题,提出优化价值管理应用的建议与对策。

The construction industry is an important material production sectors of the national economy, which with the entire national economic development and improving people＇s lives are closely related. To the value of managing the introduction of modern methods of management construction projects that can effectively address the issue of the construction industry in the development process, but the application of value management in China has not been enough attention to the value of knowledge management, there are still errors. In this paper, application of value-based management of China＇s actual situation, summed up the application of value management probleins and put forward the recommendations of optimizing the value of management applications and countermeasures.
