摘要
首次合成了红色荧光材料Sr3Ti2O7:Pr,经过对样品激发、发射光谱、XRD的分析,讨论了具有Ruddlesden-Popper相的Sr3Ti2O7:Pr样品中存在的SrO晶面缺陷对荧光性能的影响,得出SrO层的存在使Pr3+所处的晶体场强度增大、对称性下降,宇称选律部分解禁,同时使Pr-Ti间距减少,由此导致了电荷迁移态(CTS)下降,其激发与发射光谱强度比SrTiO3:Pr约大20倍。
For the first time, red phosphor Sr3Ti2O7:Pr was synthesized by solid reaction route. The samples were characteristic by XRD, PL. The result proves the existence of SrO planar changes the coordinate environments including the increase of the crystal field strength and the decline of the symmetry of the crystal field in which Pr^3+ situated that results in the part - unforbiden of Laporte selection rule and shortens the distance between Pr^3+ ion and Ti^4 + ion, which lower the charge transfer state ( CTS), so the energy transfer is more efficient from both the valence to conduction band transition and 5 d state of Pr^3+ to CTS in Sr3Ti2O7:Pr than in SrTiO3 :Pr. Compared with SrTiO3 :Pr,the brightness of Sr3Ti2O7:Pr under UV exciting is about twenty times as that of SrTiO3 :Pr.
