该文主要从以人为本提高核心竞争力、注重培植自主创新产品努力打造自我品牌、坚持科技创新培育高等次科技成果、依托品种成果优势采取多种有效转让模式、加强科技宣传推动科技成果转化等多个层面对山东棉花中心科技成果转化的实践进行了初步的研究和总结,为科研事业单位科技成果的快速转化探索出了一条较为成熟的路子。

This paper studied and summarized the practice on Scientific and technological achievements transferring of Shandong cotton center from many levels, including people - oriented improving core competitiveness, cultivating own innovative products to create their own brands, persisting in scientific and technological innovation to cultivate high scientific and technological achievements, relying on the advantage of achievements to take effective transfer modes and the strengthening scientific and technological announcement to promote scientific and technologi- cal achievements transferring etc. It explored a more mature way for the rapidly transferring the scientific and technological achievements of scientific research institutions.
