摘要
该文就高校进口科教仪器采购工作程序方面进行了探讨,分析了采购程序中前期市场调研、仪器设备招标采购、海关免税程序办理、仪器设备验收、使用及存档等环节存在的问题,并给工作体会提出几点建议。文章就高校进口科教仪器采购工作提出几点建议:做好设备购置前期调研论证工作,对设备进行招标采购及签订合同,办理设备海关免税程序及相关手续,做好设备到货验收工作,设备使用和资料存档等。
In this paper, the procedures of purchasing imported Scientific Instruments in colleges were discussed. It analyzed the problems of the purchasing process which included the pre - market research, bidding and purchasing equipments, handling the Customs duty -free procedures, accepting, using and reserving equipments, and also a few suggestions were put forward.
