摘要
采用染色体常规制片法,结合显微摄影技术对浙江楠染色体进行检测分析,结果表明:浙江楠染色体数为2n=24,核型公式是2n=24=18 m+6 sm,全组染色体总长度为58.11μm,长臂总长34.69μm,核型不对称系数(AS.K%)为59.70%,核型属于Stebbins核型分类中的"2B"类型。
Chromosomes of Phoebe chekiangensis were determined and analyzed by common squash method and microphotography. The result indicated that diploid chromosome number of Ph. chekiangensis was 24. The formula of karyotype was 2n = 24 =18m + 6sm. The total length of all set of chromosomes was 58.11 μm and the total length of long arms was 34.69 μm. Asymmetric coefficient of Karyotype was 59.70%. Karyotype is 2B as Stebbin describes.
