摘要
采用"油粒子"方法对威海张家埠新港建成后可能发生的溢油事故进行数值模拟,分析溢油在海洋环境中的时空行为。结果表明,在平均风速条件下,溢油漂移路径主要受潮流控制;在大风条件下,风海流强度增大,溢油基本沿风向轴线漂移扩散,而且在W向和SW向大风情况下可能抵岸,应加强防范。
Particle tracking technology is used to simulate oil spill case which might have occured after the Zhangjiabu new port had been built. The oil spill temporal-spatial evolution in the marine environments is analyzed. It is learnt from the analysis results that under the average wind speed conditions the spilt oil tracks are mainly governed by the tidal currents. In the strong wind conditions, the spilt oil will drift and spread downwind. In the cases that the strong wind blows from the W or SW direction, the spilt oil might reach the sea shore and the prevention should be strenthened.
