橡胶树品种云研77-2茎芽诱导体系优化及移栽管理 被引量:6

Optimization of Inducing System for Stem Segments of Clone Yunyan77-2 of Rubber Tree (Hevea brasiliensis) and Its Transplanting Management

摘要 采用正交设计方法,研究橡胶树品种云研77-2茎段快繁试验中NAA、KT、6-BA3种激素对茎芽诱导的影响。结果表明,培养基中添加6-BA对茎芽诱导起主导性的作用。橡胶树云研77-2茎芽诱导最适培养基为MS+2.0mg/L6-BA+0.1mg/LNAA+0~0.5mg/LKT。诱导生根试验中,培养基为1/2MS+0.5mg/LIBA的生根率可达66.7%。叶片剪去1/2的自根无性系进行移栽的植株平均成活率为43.6%。 Three hormones, NAA, KT and 6-BA, were used to induce stem segments for rapid propagation of clone Yunyan77-2, and an orthogonal design was arranged. The results showed that the medium in the presence of 8-BA had a dominant role in inducing shoots from the stem segments. The optimal shoot inducing medium was MS + 2.0 mg/L6-BA + 0.1 mg/L NAA + (0-0.5)mg/L KT. The root inducing medium of 1/2MS + 0.5 mg/L IBA produced a rooting rate of 66.7%. The self-rooted plantlets with 1/2 leaves eut had a survival rate of 43.6% after transplanted.
