鱼尾葵叶斑病病原菌的基础生物学特性

摘要 对鱼尾葵叶斑病病原(Coniothyrium palmarun Corda)进行基础生物学特性研究。结果表明:致病菌CW6对发病有明显影响 CW6为棕榈盾壳霉(C.palmarun Corda) 该菌生长温度为10-35℃,最适温度为28℃ 生长的适宜pH值为5 光照对菌丝生长无显著影响 菌丝生长最佳碳源为L-果糖,最佳氮源为L-脯氨酸 致死温度为40℃。 A strain CW6 of Coniothyrium palmarun Corda was isolated from Caryota ochlandra and its biological characteristics were tested. The results showed that the pathogen strain CW6 displayed slow hyphal growth. The temperature favourable for the hyphal growth of this pathogen ranged between 10 ℃ and 35 ℃, the optimum temperature being 28 ℃, and the optimum pH 5. The light did not have obvious impact on the hyphal growth. The optimum carbon source for mycelial growth was L-fructose, and the best nitrogen source was L-proline. The lethal temperature for the pathogen was 40 ℃.
