摘要
为提高自动化立体仓库的效率,将专家系统应用于自动化立体仓库的货位管理与作业调度优化。通过分析领域专家的经验建立了基于产生式规则的知识库,将知识的表达分为货位分配规则、任务排序规则和其它规则三大类;应用正向推理方法设计了推理机的推理流程,使货位分配更加合理,作业调度更加迅速。实验结果表明,在自动化立体仓库中,应用专家系统进行货位管理和作业调度优化,能够有效提高自动化立体仓库的运行效率。
To improve the efficiency of automated storage and retrieval system,expert systems were used in automated storage and retrieval system use management and job scheduling optimization.By analyzing the experience of experts in the field the knowledge base based on production rules was established.The expression of knowledge is divided into storage allocation rules,tasks to sort rules and other rules three categories.The application of forward inference engine designed the flow of reasoning,by which a more rational allocation of storage and quicker job scheduling were realized.The experimental results show that,in the automated storage and retrieval system,the cargo space management and job scheduling optimization can effectively improve the operation of automated storage and retrieval system efficiency.
