经皮下隧道钢丝张力带结合空心螺纹钉选择性治疗髌骨骨折28例的临床分析

Tension band subcutaneous wire fixation combined with hollow screws for the selective treatment of 28 patella fractures

目的:探讨经皮下隧道钢丝张力带结合空心螺纹钉选择性治疗髌骨骨折的临床效果。方法:回顾性总结分析28例经皮下隧道钢丝张力带结合空心螺纹钉选择性治疗髌骨骨折的临床资料。结果:经过平均9个月的随访,28例按疗效评估标准骨折愈合率100%,据膝关节综合评价标准评估膝关节功能,优良率92.9%。结论:经皮下隧道钢丝张力带结合空心螺纹钉微创治疗横行、纵行及撕脱髌骨骨折,取得满意的疗效。这种联合术式具有减少干扰髌前软组织血运的优点,同时扩大各自术式适用范围。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of tension band subcutaneous wire fixation（TBSWF） combined with hollow screw on. Methods： Twenty- eight patients with patella fractures were retrospective analyzed. Results： Fracture healing rate of twenty- eight patients followed up for an average of 9 months was 100 %. The excellent rate in knee function was 92.9 % according to Lu＇s general standards of knee joint function. Conclusion： There were satisfactory curative effect of TBSWF combined with hollow screws on transverse, longitudinal and avulsion fractures of patella. This combined operation has advantages as follow： less invasion towards anterior patellar structures and more applicability.
