摘要
选用最常见的反应单体进行无皂聚合,在无N2保护的条件下合成一种性能优良的丙烯酸酯类涂料染色粘合剂,并分析影响其聚合反应的多种因素.将自制的粘合剂应用于织物整理中,整理后织物的耐皂洗牢度、干湿摩擦牢度以及手感等应用性能均比工业粘合剂处理的效果好.
The most common monomers were chosen to react by soap-free polymerization, an excellent acrylicpolymer adhesive was synthesized in the absence of N2 protection. The influencing factors of polymerization was discussed. Then the product was used in fabric finishing. Compared the finished fabric has better application performance such as fabric with the industrial adhesive finished fabric, dry and wet abrasion fastness, soaping fastness and hand feeling.
