摘要
文中介绍了平圩发电有限责任公司制定的3号锅炉不锈钢管氧化皮剥落堆积的检测技术措施,并对其氧化皮产生、剥落堆积的原因进行了详细分析,阐述了氧化皮剥落堆积的形式和对机组运行造成的危害,提出了可靠的防范措施,成功地消除了3号锅炉受热面管因氧化皮剥落堆积堵塞爆管的重大隐患,也给同类发电厂提供了借鉴。
This paper introduces the Pingwei Power Co. Ltd. No.3 boiler developed by oxidation of stainless steel skin peeling off the accumulated detection technology measures,and its oxide production,peeling causes accumulation of a detailed analysis to explain the accumulation of oxide skin peeling off form and the damage to the unit operation proposed a reliable preventive measures,the success of the elimination of the No.3 tube boiler heating surface oxide peeling off due to burst pipes blocked accumulation of the major risks,but also to provide a reference of similar power plants.
