摘要
文中介绍洛河发电厂两台600 MW超临界直流燃煤机组吹灰程控系统的优化与调试,该优化使锅炉吹灰能够正常进行,消除了长时间不吹灰所带来的诸多安全隐患。同时,吹灰的正确完成,提高了机组的传热效率,降低了排烟温度和燃料用量,对机组经济性的提高具有重要的意义。
Huainan Datang Luohe power plant 3rd-stage project is 2×600 MW supercritical once-through coal-firing plant. Ash-blowing program control system optimization and debugging succeeds in making the boiler ash-blowing go on normally. It dispels the potential safety hazard. At the same time,ash-blowing correct completion improves the biography thermal efficiency of the unit,reduces cigarette temperature of arranging,cuts down the fuel amount. It is important meanings of improving to the unit economy.
