摘要
目的测定高原地区老年人血浆同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine Hcy)水平,了解血浆Hcy与高原地区老年人心血管危险因素及慢性高原病(CMS)的关系。方法采取随机抽样的方法,对青海省海晏县(平均海拔≥3000m)281例60岁以上者血浆Hcy水平进行了检测分析。结果①高原地区老年人平均血浆Hcy浓度为(17.53±4.00)μmol/L,血浆Hcy水平在年龄、民族、性别之间无明显差异;②对照组42例血浆Hcy水平为(15.30±3.70)μmol/L,高血压组、糖尿病组、超重组血浆Hcy浓度分别为(18.04±3.33)μmol/L、(17.97±3.83)μmol/L和(17.52±4.03)μmol/L,均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);③CMS组血浆Hcy浓度为(19.77±4.90)μmol/L,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论①高原地区老年人血浆Hcy水平在年龄、民族、性别间无明显差异性;②高原地区有心血管危险因素的老年人及CMS患者血浆Hcy水平均增高,提示血浆Hcy水平增高影响着高原地区老年人心血管疾病和CMS的发生发展。
Objective By measuring elderly people's plasma homocysteine (HCY) level at the plateau region and analysis its clinical features, understanding the relationship between the plasma HCY and cardiovascular risk factors and chronic mountain sickness (CMS) in elderly people at high altitude. Methods As a random sampling method, 281 cases of farmers and herdsmen over the age of 60 were analyzed and their plasma HCY levees were in Haiyan County (average elevation≥ 3000m) , Qinghai Province. Results The elderly people's average plasma HCY concentration in plateau region was ( 17.53 ±4.00) μmol / 1 and plasma HCY levels have no significant differences among the age, ethnic group and sexes. Twentytwo cases of control groupg plasma HCY levels were (15.30 ± 3.70) μmol/1, 104 cases of hypertension group, 22 cases of diabetes group and 122 cases of overweight in plasma HCY concentrations were ( 18.04 ±3.33 ) μmol / 1, ( 17.97 ±3.83) Iμmol / 1, and ( 17.52 ±4.03) μmol / 1, respectively. It were significantly higher than that of the control group (P 〈0.05) ; 17 cases with plasma HCY concentration was ( 19.77 + 4.90) μmol / 1 in the CMS group. It was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Plasma HCY levels in elderly people in plateau region have no significant differences among the age, ethnic group and sexes. As the elderly people with cardiovascular risk factors and CMS patients with average increase of plasma HCY, suggesting that elevated levels of plasma HCY affects the occurrence of cardiovascular disease and the development of CMS of the elderly people at high altitude.
