摘要
收缩是选择性激光烧结(SLS)聚苯乙烯(PS)成型过程中影响制品精度的重要原因。采用正交试验的方法,研究激光功率、扫描速度、扫描间距、粉底温度各工艺参数对烧结件的尺寸精度的影响规律。结果表明,工艺参数激光功率、扫描间距、扫描速度的调整加大了热交换区对扫描平面内尺寸精度的影响,粉底温度对收缩的影响较小。最优的烧结参数组合为40%的激光功率、0.11mm的扫描间距、2 000mm/s的扫描速度、90℃的粉底温度。
Shrinkage is an important factor that lower the accuracy of part during Selective Laser Sintering(SLS) of Polystyrene (PS) powder. The effect of SLS process parameters such as laser power, scanning speed, hatch spacing as well as temperature of powder on the shrinkage of the parts is studied using Orthogonal Experimental method in this paper. The results indicate that shrinkage in the scanning plane is increased due to increased heat exchange area because of adjusting of process parameters such as laser power, scanning speed and hatch spacing. The effect of temperature of powder on the shrinkage of the parts is less relatively. The shrinkage rate is minimal when laser power is 40% ,hatch spacing is 0. llmm, scanning speed is 2 000mm/s and power temperature is 90 ℃.
