摘要
在分析目前测试电位器方法的基础上,设计了一种新的测试系统。该系统在硬件方面,采用马达控制器和马达驱动器来控制马达的运动,保证了转动速度和转动角度的稳定性;在数据采集方面选用数据采集卡DAQ采集编码器的输出数据送入计算机进行处理和最终输出;在系统软件方面,利用LabVIEW开发平台来实现DAQ数据采集和仪器控制,设计了测试系统用户操作界面,编写了相应的测试系统功能模块,实现了测试结果的评价、显示及保存等功能,达到了完成测试任务的目的。对系统的测试与在生产实践中的运行表明,该系统可以实现测试自动化,同时可以避免人为误差,满足量产的需求。
In order to enhance precision of Potentiometer measurement, and automatically load product specification to judge test data during Potentiometer production, a test system based on Lab VIEW has been proposed. This system adopts NI LabVIEWS. 2 as platform,use NI PCI-7344 four-axes motion card to control motor,use PCI-MIO-16XE-50 Data Acquisition card to collect data, and then process & judge data by computer. Practical applications have proven that this system has good performance and can meet design goal.
