从工程设计反思“机械制图”教学改革

Reflections on the Teaching Reform of "Mechanical Drawing" from the Engineering Design

"机械制图"是工科院校的一门重要的技术基础课,是后续课程的良好铺垫,更是机械工程技术人员在生产实践中必备的基本技能。从课程设计和毕业设计这两个方面分析了当前机械制图教学中存在的问题,提出了机械制图部分应将重点放在学生读图能力的培养上、多媒体教学手段的运用上,在机械设计课程设计中,应重点突出标准件和常用件标准图样的绘制以及采用模块化的教学体系。

Mechanical Drawing is an important technological basic course in technological colleges, which is not only a good follow - up course, but also a necessary technique in practice for a mechanical engineering and technical personnel. This article analyses the existing problems in current teaching of Mechanical Drawing from curriculum design and graduation project. Meanwhile, it proposes that in teaching Mechanical Drawing, great importance should be attached to the students＇ ability training in interpreting drawings, the application of multi - media teaching and three - dimensional model building. Finally, the authors argue that in the mechanical course design, the drawing of standard designs for standard parts and commonly - used parts should be focused on and the modular teaching system should be adopted.
