确保经济增长8％是我国今年经济工作的主旋律，也是我国实现近期和中期发展目标所必需的。要实现8％的经济增长率，必须采取有力措施，加大宏观调控的力度。在经济运行的过程中，宏观调控的操作要科学、灵活和适度，把近期和中长期的发展措施结合起来，切实保证实现经济发展的调控目标。

It is a main task of our enconomy this year to enssure the enconomic growth at the rate of 8 percent. It is essential for our country to realize the aim of the near-term and mediumterm development. In order to realize this growth rate f some powerful measures should be taken,macro-regulation should be strengthened. In the process of operating our enconomy,macro- regulation should be operated scientificly, flexibly and moderately. And also it should connect the measures of the near-term, medium-term and long-term development for the realization of the aim of our enconomic development.
