With rapid development of independent institute, optimization of the teachers＇ team is key factors to guarantee teaching quality of independent college and enhance the independent college education level. Based on the current situation of independent college teachers, it is proposed to solve the problem of the optimum construction. On the basis of analysis, some countermeasures are discussed, combined with personal feelings running.
