我国银行跨国经营问题探讨

Some Issues about Transnational Management in China's Banking

经过近20年的海外开拓和经营，我国四大国有商业银行，特别是中国银行的海外事业取得了长足的进展，并积累了丰富的国际化经营管理经验。但同时也应看到，我国银行的跨国经营还存在许多问题，如金融技术相对落后，严重缺乏高素质的国际金融人才；政府的政策投入不够，缺乏必要的体制保障等等。在未来的发展中，应提高金融技术的创新能力，搞好人才培养及其储备工程，扩大政府的政策投入。

Our four government-owned commercial banks, especially China Bank, have made a great progress in the overseas course through the business with the foreign countries in the nearly 20 years. These banks have got a lot of experiences of the internationalized business management. But meanwhile there are many problems of transnational operations in our banks,such as the lack of financial technigues,short of high qualified international financial figures and insufficency of essencial institutional guarantees and so on. Therefore, in the coming development,the creative ability of financial techniques should be improved,personal training should be considered and policy input of the government should be enlarged.
