推进执法规范化、提升执法公信力是贯彻落实科学发展观的必然要求。当前影响公安机关执法公信力的问题和因素很多,既有历史原因,也有现实原因,其根本原因还是执法工作与新形势、新任务的要求不适应。践行科学发展观,公安机关必须把握人民群众的新期待和新要求,大力推进执法规范化建设,以实现社会公平正义的实际行动取信于民。

To promote the standardization and credibility of law - enforcement is necessary in implementing the scientific concept of development. The police＇s law - enforcement has many problems and the causes mainly lie in its maladjustment to the new situation and new duties. The police departments must know what the people expect and require and promote greatly the standardization of law - enforcement so as to realize the credibility of social justice in the public.
