网络虚拟社区青少年网民群体犯罪言语行为特点分析

An Analysis of the Criminal Linguistic Characteristics of the Net Youngsters' in Virtual Communities

随着互联网的日益普及，利用网络虚拟社区进行犯罪的案件数量直线上升。网民中18—24岁的年轻人的数量远远高于其他年龄段的网民而占据绝对优势，而在违法犯罪人员中，青少年又占有相当比重。因此，对青少年网民群体的网络言语特征进行研究，便具有极为重要的意义。青少年网络言语特征表现为以下几点：一、喜用新词酷语；二、推崇怪异词句；三、色情词语泛滥；四、ID极具青春活力；五、言语很少伪装。

Along with the popularity of network, the number of crimes making use of virtual communities is rocketing. The net youngsters aged 18-24 are many more than the net people at other ages, while in net offenders the youngsters have a high proportion. Thus, it is very important for us to study the net youngsters＇linguistic characteristics, which include： 1. they like to use new and cool words; 2. they cries up strange words and sentences; 3. they misuse pornographic words; 4. their IDs have great youthful vigor;5, they seldom disguise their language.
