摘要
本系统采用高性能STC89C52单片机作为核心,由温度采集模块、温度显示和报警模块、语音播报模块、远程温度监控模块组成。该系统利用铂电阻PT100采集温度,通过12位AD转换芯片TLC2543对温度信号采样、转换,结果送入单片机中通过数码管显示并可以实现按键语音播放,并利用射频通信技术进行远程温度监控。其中,温度采集能够精确采集外界温度且误差小于0.1℃,测量范围为0—90℃;温度上下限设定时伴有语音提示,步进值精确到0.05℃;实际温度超出所设温度上下限时,发出报警声。
The system uses the high performance microcontroller STC89C52 as the core, and it is made up of the temperature acquisition chip, the temperature displaying, alarm module, voice broadcasting module and the temperature monitoring module. The system uses the thermal resistor PT100 to gather the temperature, and uses the AD conversion chip TLC2543 to gather and transfer the temperature signal. At last, the final results are sent into the microcontroller and they are displayed by the digitron, and it can realize the key voice broadcasting, it can also use RF (Radio-frequency) communication technology to realize the remote temperature monitoring. Among them, the temperature acquisition can accurately gather the outside temperature, and the error will be less than 0.1℃. The measurement range is 0-90℃. There will be a voice prompt when it is upper or lower the limit temperature which is set, and the stepping value can reach to 0.05℃. The alarm voice would be sent out if the fact temperature went beyond the upper and lower temperature limit.
