摘要
通过对外部环境、企业市场表现和服务及内部管理水平的三层分析方法,研究了烟草行业的核心竞争力.通过对全国烟草行业36个城市烟草企业的资产管理和卷烟销售数据,以及内部服务水平和管理能力的分析,提取出了烟草行业6个方面的核心竞争力,并提出了相应的提升和培育其核心竞争力的建议.
This paper studied the core competence of the tobacco industry through three-layer analysis methods, the external environment, the market performance and service of the enterprise, and the internal management. By the analysis of tobacco enterprises' asset management and cigarette sales' data, and the internal service and management capabilities with 36 cities in China, six aspects of core competence in the tobacco industry are put forward, and also related policy recommendations are suggested to increase and cultivate the core competence.
