摘要
以9种不同结构参数的消防服用阻燃织物作为研究对象,采用FPT-30A火焰防护性能测试仪测试了织物在热辐射和热对流综合作用下,织物的热防护性能TPP值和二级烧伤时间t2.根据测试结果,应用SPSS软件分析了织物的厚度δ、面密度G、透气率Q和密度ρ等参数与织物的热防护性能TPP值之间的相关性关系.研究结果显示:织物的热防护性能TPP值与织物的面密度G、厚度δ具有明显的正相关性,与透气率之间具有一定的负相关性,与织物的密度之间的相关性不明显.在上述相关性分析的基础上得出了织物的热防护性能TPP值与织物的相关参数之间的回归评价模型,并通过显著性分析验证了模型的精度.
This paper takes 9 kinds of different parameters high-property flame-resistant fabric which were often used for firefighter clothing as samples, TPP values and the time to 2^nd degree burn of the samples were tested through thermal radiation and thermal convective integrated experiments. Then SPSS software was used to analyze the relativity between TPP with gram weight, thickness, density and air permeability. It is concluded that the TPP value is positive correlation with gram weight and fabric thickness, and is negative correlation with air permeability. At last a regression forecasting model is developed between TPP value and thickness, weight and air permeability, furthermore its accuracy is evaluated by residual error and significance test.
