An Evaluation Report of Postgraduates Education in China

为全面、系统分析我国研究生教育的现状,武汉大学中国科学评价研究中心连续第五次研制《中国研究生教育评价报告》。在保持评价稳定性的基础上,根据研究生教育的最新变化与发展动向进行如下调整:微调评价指标体系、更新评价对象、引入星级表示、改进评价方法与手段。评价结果表明:总体上我国的研究生教育保持稳定与有序发展;具体方面则有一些变化,如综合排名中清华首超北大、华中科大武大双双进入前十、前30强研究生院中,90%为理工类和综合类研究生院,师范类和文法类分别只占有2所和1所。

In order to analysis comprehensively and systematically the status of graduate education in China, Research Center of Chinese Science Evaluation （RCCSE） develops ＂the 2009 Evaluation Report of Postgraduates Education in China. ＂ Based on the latest changes and development in graduate education, the adjustments are following： fine-tuning the evaluation index system, updating the evaluation object, introducing of symbol of the ＂star＂, impro- ving the ways and means of evaluation. Evaluation results show that： the post-graduate education maintains stability and orderly development in China ; there are a number of specific aspects of change,such as Tsinghai University surpass Peking University at the first time in the comprehensive ranking. 90% of graduate Schools are polytechnic and comprehensive university in the top 30 graduate schools.
