徐特立德育思想探析

On the Moral Education Thoughts of XU Te-li

徐特立就德育的目标、主要任务和方法等提出了许多独特的见解。他认为:德育的目标是"造成一定立场、一定方向又无限生动发展的人格";德育的主要任务是对青年一代进行马克思主义世界观(宇宙观)教育、开展政治教育和思想品质教育;德育可采用言传与身教结合、启发疏导与人格感化结合、诗教结合等方法。

XU Te-li put forward many original insights in moral education objectives, major tasks and methods. He held the idea that the moral was ＂to shape the human personality of unlimited vivid development in a certain position with a certain direction＂. And the main task of moral education is to educate the young generation with a marxist world view （universe）, to conduct political education and ideological quality education. Such meth- ods as combination methods of words and actions, personality probation and inspired ease, the combination methods of poety moral can be adopted.
