摘要
大学生对法律是否信仰,是高校"基础课"教学目标是否实现的一个重要标志。教师在教学观念上应以大学生法律信仰的培育作为"基础课"教学的核心目标;教学内容上应以大学生法律信仰的培育作为"基础课"教学的中心;教学手段上采用"案例教学法"则可以使大学生法律信仰的培育事半功倍。
Whether or not college students can form their belief in law is one of the important marks to judge if the teaching target of the "elementary course" has been achieved. In teaching, teachers should take the cultivation of college students' legal belief as the core target of teaching of the "elementary course" as well as its major teaching contents. In teaching method, case teaching method has been proved to be very efficient.
