摘要
文章研究了不同含量不同温度下Dy2O3对PcBN抗弯强度的影响。结果表明Dy2O3可作为烧结助剂促进粘接剂的液相渗透,粘接剂的均匀化和更多的cBN键合使得PcBN的抗弯强度有了大幅度提高。
This paper studied the influence of Dy2O3 on the bending strength of PcBN with different content and under different temperature. The results show that Dy2O3can facili- tate the fluid infiltration of adhesives, the homogenization of adhesives and more direct bonding of cBN can improve the bending strength of PcBN greatly.
