摘要
小压机合成大腔体是作者长期坚持的研究方向,并在Φ560mm压机上进行了相当长时间的研究。据了解,目前国内该类型压机仅能合成Φ40-43mm腔体,而我们合成到了Φ46-48mm腔体,在保证质量的情况下,单产提高了15%~20%。文章详细地讨论了顶锤的设计,合成块的设计,不同合成工艺的试验。同时对产量、质量(包括TI、TTI)、顶锤消耗进行了详细的统计、评估。
In the paper, the authors synthesized Φ46-48mm chambers using the Φ560mm press, in which Φ40- 43mm chambers were synthesized in domestic at present. As the same quality, the unit yield was increased 15%-20%. It has discussed the design of anvil and assembly block and different synthesizing technology in the details, as well as calcu- lates the yield, quality (including TI, TTI)and anvil consumption.
