Research on Information-sharing for Management of Shipbuilding Supply Chain

造船业需要供应链管理,信息共享是供应链管理的基础,信息共享促进造船企业与其他节点企业的合作,降低供应链的运行风险,实现造船供应链的协调运行。在造船供应链中,以造船企业为中心,存在着大量的节点企业与之合作,因为合作等级的不同,不同节点企业与造船企业之间所需要共享的信息种类和范围也有差异。采用信息集中管理模式,与重要节点企业建立战略合作伙伴关系,建立利益再分配机制是促进造船供应链信息共享的重要措施。

The shipbuilding industry needs supply chain management. Information-sharing as the basis of supply chain management, promotes cooperation between shipbuilding enterprises and other enter- prises on its nodes,reduces risk of operation of supply chain. There are a large number of enterprises on its nodes for shipbuilding enterprises to cooperate with. Due to different levels of cooperation,dif- ferent types and scope of information-sharing exist. There are three important measures to promote in- formation-sharing of shipbuilding supply chain： selecting the information-centralized management model, setting up strategic cooperative partnership with important enterprises on its nodes, establis- hing the redistribution mechanism of the interests.
