理工科院校社科学报的困境与对策

Dilemma of Social Science Journals of Colleges of Science and Technology and Solutions

理工科院校社科学报面临诸多困境:缺乏特色,稿源及发稿质量难以保证,编辑情绪低落。形成困境既有历史原因,也有体制原因。领导重视、科学定位、办出特色、拓宽稿源、调动编辑积极性是摆脱目前困境的基本对策。

Journals of Colleges of Science and Technology （Social Edition） are faced with such difficulties as lack of distinctive characteristics, insufficient contribution, poor quality and editors of low mood. The dilem- ma usually results from the historical and systematic factors. In response to the situation, we put forward some solutions to get rid of the difficulties, such as recognition of leaders, scientific orientation, distinctive char- acteristies,broadening paper source as well as arousing editors＇ initiatives.
