ISO9000标准在高校图书馆中的应用刍议

On Application of ISO 9000 Standard in University Libraries

ISO9000标准是由国际标准化组织质量管理和质量保证技术委员会制定并不断修订的所有国际标准的统称,是国际上公认的最具权威性、指导性、通用性的规范性管理标准。近年来,国内图书馆对该标准也进行了研究与实施工作。针对该问题的研究探索现状和自身对ISO9000标准的理解,论证了图书馆实施应用ISO9000标准的过程中应注意的一些关键问题。

ISO9000 standard, a general term for all the international standards established and con- stantly revised by the Technical Committee on Quality Management and Quality Assurance of the ISO （International Organization for Standardization）, is internationally recognized as the most authorita- tive, instructional and common normalized management standard. In recent years, domestic libraries also have done research and implementation on this standard. According to the previous exploration and my own study and research on ISO 9000, this paper discusses the key problems to be noticed in the application of this standard in libraries.
