摘要
农村小学撤并是我国优化配置教育资源的一个重要举措,但该项措施对撤并区农村居民点影响较为严重,本文通过分析我国目前农村小学学龄人口及小学校数现状,找出小学校撤并与农村居民点整理的相互影响关系,并提出切实可行的撤并区农村居民点整理模式及保障措施,从而指导该地区进行必要整理,达到既保障学龄人口的教学质量,又改善农户生活环境,合理有效配置资源的目的。
Rural primary school merging was the important measure to optimize education resource, which had influent the rural settlement in merging area. This paper put up the contract between the merging of rural primary school and rural settlement readjustment and model of Land Consolidation of Rural Habitat in order to guarantee the quality of basic education and improve the rural life through analyzing school- aged population and number of primary school in rural.
