摘要
为了保证海事行政执法人员上船挂职锻炼的效果,必须对挂职锻炼人员进行绩效评价。文章首先介绍了对挂职锻炼人员进行绩效评价的意义,指出了构建挂职锻炼人员绩效评价的原则并构建了挂职锻炼人员绩效评价指标体系,最后运用基于组合定权的模糊综合评价法对挂职锻炼人员绩效进行了实例评价。
In order to ensure the effect of law enforcement officials in maritime system working as seafarers, we must carry out the performance evaluation. This paper firstly introduces the significance of law enforcement officials in maritime system working as seafarers, then proposes the principle of performance evaluation, and establishes the performance evaluation index system, finally gives an example of performance evaluation with Fussy Overall Evaluation method based on Combining Weighting.
