摘要
文章探讨了反思性教学涵义及特点，结合浙江国际海运职业技术学院教学实际，进行了反思性教学实践研究。反思性教学是促进高职院校青年英语教师专业成长的有效途径。
The article discusses the meaning and features of Reflective Teaching and makes a study on the teaching practise in Zhejiang International Maritime College. Reflective Teaching is an effective approach to promote the teachers＇ proffessional growth in colleges.
