氨基酸衍生物手性配体的合成

Synthesis of chiral ligands from aminophenol derivatives

摘要 以L-酪氨酸、二羟基苯丙氨酸(多巴)、天门冬氨酸和谷氨酸为原料,经过酯化和亲核取代反应,得到系列带有氰基或烯烃基的手性氨基酸类衍生物.所有化合物的结构通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、质谱和元素分析予以确认. From L-tyrosine, dihydroxyphenylalanine (DOPA), aspartic acid, and glutamic acid, a series of chiral organic ligands aminophenol with cyanogens or ethylenes were synthesized via esterification and nueleophilie substitution reaction. The structures of these compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, MS, and elemental analysis.
