摘要
目前市场上常见的7mm管径开缝翅片(又称桥片),分析其换热的原理,提出物理与数学模型,采用商业软件FLUENT计算其流动及换热特性。重点针对桥片在不同设计参数下的性能进行了数值研究,分析了横向管间距、纵向管间距、片间距和控制圆等对翅片换热能力的影响,还有入口风速对流动与换热特性的影响,最终提出能够取代目前已有的7mm管径的X型桥片的翅片。
