摘要
在现代远程教育中,学生和教师之间处于分离状态,学生以个别化自主学习为主。相对传统教学,教师的角色发生了转变,由知识的讲授者转变为学生学习的参与者、指导者;由教学支配者、控制者转变为学生学习的组织者、促进者;由静态知识的占有者转变为动态知识的研究者。面对这种趋势,教师应该在熟练运用各种现代教育技术手段提高自身业务素养的同时,努力调适自己以适应现代远程教学的需要。
Compared with traditional education, teachers' role orientation in modem distance education has changed, and the individualized and independent study has been the main learning style of students. Therefore, teachers should improve the self - quality with various technological means to satisfy the demand of modem distance teaching.
